Who We Are
HotBox Dumpsters was born the way most real businesses start—a side hustle built on grit, family, and the desire for something better. Dylan Molinaro and his wife were both veterans working corporate jobs, helping other people grow their businesses. In 2021, they decided it was time to build something of their own.
After attending an industry convention and hearing a common story—people fed up with working for someone else—they took the leap. That decision brought their family closer and led to what HotBox is today: a veteran-owned, family-run dumpster company with kids learning the ropes from the passenger seat of a roll-off truck.
HotBox serves Wayne, Pike, and Lackawanna Counties with clean dumpsters, prompt drop-offs, and a promise to do the job right the first time. We built this company on military values: integrity, reliability, and service. Every job gets handled with focus and follow-through—because that’s what our neighbors deserve.
